From attending EthCC and dropping new educational courses to forging strategic partnerships and launching our very own podcast, Privacy Now, the Oasis team has been in non-stop motion!

Here’s a quick look back at what we’ve been up to in July

WHAT HAPPENED IN JULY?

As always, we had a blast at ETHCC. Oasis took the stage at DeCC Day to emphasize the importance of privacy in the Web3 space, together with Secret Network and others. ETHCC also brought insightful discussions with Hedera, Ocean, Zama, iExec and others, offering a wide range of perspectives on the bleeding edge of blockchain development.

Oasis Rendez-Vous

The rain didn’t dampen our shine — the much-anticipated Oasis Rendez-Vous event was a massive success! 

Key speakers, including Oasis’ Harry Roberts, who talked about confidential smart contracts, and BD lead Matej, talking about our upcoming ROFL upgrade, joined forces with Apillon to showcase their new Embedded Wallet. Marko, our BD head of AI, led a panel discussing the state of AI in the crypto space.

Oasis Eden 24.0 Upgrade

Continuting the momentum from our Eden Mainnet Upgrade in December 2023, the Oasis Validators approved the Eden 24.0 upgrade, which went through seamlessly with no downtime. This upgrade marks a significant step forward in enhancing the network’s performance and security, including: ROFL and CHURP capabilities, multi-sig vault services, bug fixes and more!
