Anyone who wasn’t keeping up with the Oasis blog throughout 2023 has definitely missed out! Here are a couple major posts to review from the end of the year.
After the Oasis engineering team and network validators completed the Eden upgrade on Mainnet, they debriefed the entire community on how they executed the upgrade. Eden represents a major improvement for multiple elements of the Oasis protocol, and digging deeper into this technical debrief is an exciting read even for non-technical audiences.
Sealed bid auctions are a key mechanism for improving the fairness and efficiency of digital collectibles markets in Web3, and importantly, they can only happen on Oasis – not other EVMs. Why is this the case? And why do sealed bids matter for NFTs? All of this is explained in this post on the Oasis blog.
